This Creator Policy ("Policy") applies to creators ("Creators," "you," "your") who mint, sell, or otherwise interact with the Future Athletic Stars (FAS) NFT Marketplace. By using the Marketplace, you agree to comply with this Policy, as well as the FAS User Agreement.
FAS NFT Marketplace is dedicated to showcasing unique athletic talent, content, and digital assets in the form of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) on multiple blockchains. This Policy outlines the rights and responsibilities of creators on our platform, particularly with regard to creating and distributing content across different blockchain networks.
To mint NFTs on the FAS platform, you must:
FAS supports multiple blockchain networks for minting and selling NFTs. As a creator, you must adhere to the following guidelines:
Supported Blockchains:
FAS may support blockchains such as Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, and others. You are responsible for understanding the features and limitations of each blockchain.Blockchain Selection:
When minting NFTs, you will have the option to select the blockchain on which your NFTs will be created. Once minted, the NFT will exist permanently on that selected blockchain unless transferred via cross-chain functionality.Cross-chain Capabilities:
Transferring NFTs across different blockchains may involve additional steps, fees, and risks. FAS is not responsible for any loss, delays, or issues related to cross-chain transfers.Blockchain-Specific Rules:
Certain blockchains may have unique rules and requirements, including environmental considerations or gas fees. Creators are responsible for ensuring compliance with the rules of the blockchain they choose to mint on.Original Content:
You must own the intellectual property (IP) rights to any content you mint as NFTs, or have explicit permission from the rights holder to tokenize and sell the content.Grant of License:
By minting an NFT on the FAS platform, you grant FAS the right to display and market your NFT on its marketplace and any affiliated platforms. This license is non-exclusive, royalty-free, and global.Copyright Violations:
If you are found to have violated copyright laws or infringed on the IP rights of others, FAS reserves the right to remove your content from the Marketplace and suspend or terminate your account. Repeated violations may result in permanent banning from the platform.Athlete and Personality NFTs:
If your NFTs feature athletes, public personalities, or other real-world individuals, you must obtain all necessary releases or licenses for likeness rights, endorsements, or any other legal requirements.FAS supports royalty mechanisms for creators across multiple blockchains:
Royalty Setup:
When minting an NFT, you may specify a royalty percentage for secondary sales. This percentage will automatically be paid to your wallet whenever the NFT is resold on a compatible blockchain.Blockchain Limitations:
Not all blockchains or third-party platforms may support automated royalty enforcement. It is the creator's responsibility to understand where and how royalties are enforced based on blockchain-specific capabilities.FAS Fees:
FAS may charge a platform fee for primary and secondary sales, which will be deducted from the transaction value. The fee structure will be clearly communicated at the time of minting.6. Creator Responsibilities
As a creator on the FAS platform, you agree to accurately represent your NFTs, avoid plagiarism, consider environmental impact, and engage respectfully with the community.
7. Minting Process
Creators can choose which blockchain to mint on, are responsible for gas fees, and content may be reviewed for compliance with guidelines.
8. Limitation of Liability
FAS is not responsible for technical issues on blockchains or guarantee uninterrupted marketplace access.
9. Termination of Creator Account
FAS reserves the right to terminate accounts for policy violations, illegal activity, or harmful behavior.
10. Amendments to the Policy
FAS may update this policy, with continued use constituting acceptance of changes.

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and Future Athletic Stars (FAS), which operates the FAS NFT Marketplace ("Marketplace"). By accessing or using the Marketplace, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, including any future modifications.
Non-Fungible Token (NFT): A unique digital asset represented on a blockchain, signifying ownership of content, media, or utility.
Multiple Blockchain Support: FAS supports multiple blockchain networks for minting, buying, selling, and transferring NFTs. Supported blockchains include, but are not limited to, Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, and others.
Wallet: A third-party service where you store your NFTs and cryptocurrency. Users are responsible for the security of their wallets.
To access or use the Marketplace, you must be at least 18 years of age and comply with all local and international laws and regulations regarding the use of cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and blockchain technology.
FAS allows users to interact with various blockchain networks:
Transaction Fees:
Each blockchain has its own network transaction fees ("gas fees"). FAS does not control or cover these fees. It is your responsibility to check the applicable fees before confirming any transaction.Cross-chain Transfers:
Transferring NFTs across different blockchains may incur additional fees and risks. FAS is not responsible for any failures, delays, or losses due to such transfers.Blockchain-Specific Features:
Certain features, such as staking or special utilities, may be available only on specific blockchains. FAS reserves the right to update or limit support for specific blockchains as needed.Smart Contracts:
Your interactions on the Marketplace are executed via smart contracts deployed on various blockchain networks. You acknowledge and agree that FAS does not own or control these smart contracts, and any actions you take are at your own risk.5. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for wallet security, understanding transaction finality, and legal compliance.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Purchasing an NFT grants ownership of the token but not the intellectual property rights unless explicitly stated.
7. Risks
Users assume all risks associated with cryptocurrency volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and technical vulnerabilities.
8. Limitation of Liability
FAS is not liable for damages arising from marketplace use, NFTs, or blockchain services.
9. Amendments to the Agreement
FAS may modify this Agreement at any time, with continued use constituting acceptance.
10. Termination
FAS may suspend or terminate marketplace access at its discretion.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by applicable jurisdiction laws.
